As a BT 2, you’ll provide high‑quality, relationship‑based ABA services while also helping train, mentor, and guide new BTs. As a BT 2, you will:

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the steady, compassionate point of contact for families and staff — helping create a smooth, supportive experience from intake to ongoing care.

As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of communication for families, helping them feel informed, supported, and connected throughout their ABA journey
  • Coordinate schedules, session changes, and communication between families, Behavior Technicians, and BCBAs
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, gathering documentation, and ensuring all required forms and authorizations are complete
  • Support BCBAs by helping track treatment hours, monitor progress updates, and maintain organized case files
  • Communicate with insurance providers or administrative staff to help ensure authorizations, renewals, and documentation are up to date
