WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE US
PERSONALIZED THERAPY PLANS
Every child is unique, and so is our approach. We design individualized programs that focus on your child’s strengths, interests, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all template. This means therapy feels engaging and relevant, helping your child make real progress in areas that matter most to your family.
CLIENT CENTERED APPROACH

Unlike providers who keep therapy behind closed doors, we actively partner with parents and caregivers—offering training, guidance, and open communication. This empowers you to reinforce skills at home and see lasting results beyond the therapy setting.Â

I want to take a moment to recognize the extraordinary impact Susaine has had on our son’s care and progress. What sets Susaine apart is her ability to make sure the entire support system around our son is functioning the way it should. She is deeply involved, highly responsive, and consistently focused on ensuring that he receives the services he needs across home, school, and extended care settings. Her commitment is not limited to our family—she also provides strong leadership to the BTs she supervises by offering guidance, encouragement, accountability, and support with day-to-day challenges, including scheduling. We have seen firsthand how critical her involvement is. During a period when Susaine was away on leave, our son’s support fell from approximately 20 hours per week to no services at all. The loss of consistency had a noticeable impact on him, and we began seeing regression. This was especially concerning because our family has experienced similar disruptions in care before, with equally negative results. In fact, a lack of continuity was one of the primary reasons we made the difficult decision to leave a previous agency. When Susaine returned, the difference was immediate and significant. Services were rebuilt, support became consistent again, and our son is now receiving as many as 40 hours of ABA therapy per week. More importantly, his progress is visible. At his most recent IEP meeting, the school district itself acknowledged the improvements they have observed. Susaine has also been a true advocate for our son. She has worked alongside our family to help secure the support he needs within the school and after-school environment. Having a provider who is willing to stand with parents, navigate barriers, and remain persistent on behalf of a child is incredibly rare—and invaluable. For our family, Susaine’s role goes far beyond simply overseeing services. Her leadership creates stability, her advocacy opens doors, and her consistency directly supports our son’s ability to make progress. The difference between having her actively involved and not having that continuity has been unmistakable. We are sincerely grateful for everything she continues to do for our son, our family, and the team supporting him. Her dedication deserves to be recognized, because the results of her work are not theoretical—we see them in our son’s growth every day. Thank you for taking the time to hear our experience.Posted on Google frances carbajalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There are not many providers that are as invested as Susaine has demonstrated to be for our son. She truly jumps through hoops for her clients and the BTs she oversees. Last time our son experienced regression it was due to an absence from Susaine being on leave and her substitute was not present or as invested as Susaine. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have experienced a gap in continuity of care with our son and outcomes are always negative. We transferred agency's for this same reason. Susaine ensures that my son is receiving the support he needs whether it is at home sessions, school or extended care sessions. She has stood side by side with us to advocate for my son so the school district would allow support in the school / after school setting. She supports, guides and motivates her reporting BT's. She does the same even for scheduling! When she was out on leave my son went from 20 hours of support to 0. As soon as she came back it we experienced a complete 360 Andy son is now receiving up to 40 hours a week of ABA. This support has been paramount for my son and our last IEP the District acknowledged my sons visible improvement. Thank you for listening!Posted on Google Sarah DiazTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met Susaine for a short period of time when my son began receiving services a few months ago. She was kind, respectful, and supportive throughout the process. She helped us find a BT who was a great fit for both my son and our family's needs. She communicated clearly, was always responsive, and worked closely with us to support my son's progress. Thanks to her guidance and dedication, my son was able to achieve some of his goals. I truly appreciate everything she did for our family.Posted on Google Olivia GonzalezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Susaine has gone above and beyond supporting my son with his needs, Susaine has helped with community in The past that was impossible, Susaine provided social stories to prepare my son for outings and for special events my daughter’s graduation my son was able to attend the ceremony thanks to the parent training Susaine also provided for myself, My Sons IEP meeting Susaine attended and was a great support She was able to collaborate with my son’s RBT supervisor, which is a BCBA together they came up with solutions to help my son throughout the school with aggression and behaviors.Susaine has also collaborated with my son, private speech and OT working on the same programs I am forever grateful to Susaine for all her support my son is thrivingPosted on Google RCTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is hard to find an ABA supervisor who not only cares about your child’s progress but also cares about the parents concerns and I found exactly that with Susaine. I know I can feel comfortable sharing our family’s values and know that she will create programs respecting that. I have felt very supported by her during ABA therapy, creating new programs for new behaviors and challenges but she doesn’t stop there, also have had support at school with IEP meetings, even observe at school if I had a concern. She never hesitated or held back, in fact if I had a concern she took action right away and would create a plan on the spot. She has helped with expanding diet and sibling interaction. I can truly say that I feel comfortable expressing my concerns to her because I know she will not judge and work up a plan that fits our families needs, and that is exactly what a parent wants, is to feel heard and understood to be able to help. She is passionate about her job and parent training is important to her, not only explaining to parents the child’s progress and goals but also providing data and research to back up her programs. The connection with our family and my child has been positive. Any family would be happy to add her for ABA!
