Susaine has dedicated her career to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence‑based behavioral care. She began working with children in 2015, discovering early on that her passion was in helping young learners grow, communicate, and thrive. That commitment guided her academic journey, earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2020, followed by her Master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology in 2022. By 2024, she officially became a licensed B.C.B.A., further solidifying her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and her devotion to making meaningful change in the lives of the children she serves.

Throughout her career, Susaine has remained deeply connected to the core values of ABA—individualized support, measurable outcomes, and the belief that every child deserves a pathway to progress. She is a strong advocate for data‑driven decision‑making and ensures each program she designs is rooted in both compassion and science. Families working with Susaine appreciate her thoughtful approach, her clear communication, and her ability to translate complex behavioral concepts into real, achievable steps that support growth.
